9. making Christmas cookies with my girls.  this sugar cookie recipe came from my great grandma.  growing up, my sister and i always made and decorated these cookies with our parents every year.  i want it to be a tradition with my girls, too.

love all the sweet little words from your girls you have posted on FB lately. you know, cut-outs are the one cookie we haven't made yet this year, and while we have sweets coming out our ears i just HAVE to make them...for the tradition and memories! :) that scarf is gorgeous (as are you!). merry, merry Christmas your Christmas card the other day...such a gorgeous family! maybe once the baby arrives i will send out birth announcements in lieu of Christmas cards...i just can't get it together to get them out this year!
